Did you know that yesterday was the first annual International Day of Happiness? Yesterday was also the first day of Spring, though there are plenty of us in New England that would like to have a long conversation with Punxsutawney Phil!
Spring can mean a lot of things to us – cleaning out the garage, longer days (finally) and less layers to put on just to go for a walk! The main reason I like Spring is that my favorite flowers are blooming – Daffodils! When I see them sprouting even in the chilly weather, I know that Spring is coming.

Today is my last day at Gamesville and it is with a heavy heart that I must say good-bye to all my friends and frenemies here. I know this comes a bit abruptly and I apologize for the suddenness of my departure, but know that Gamesville and I are parting ways on the very best of terms! I am pursuing new and different opportunities in the land of game development so if you follow the gaming world at all you may see me pop up from time to time. In fact, you may see me pop-up on here because there’s no way I could ever leave completely! Not with all the amazing and fabulous people I’ve worked with, met, and chatted with while trying my best to give you the best site possible.
Besides, I need to reclaim my crown as the #1 Fruit Frenzy player on this site.
But in all seriousness folks, these last three years have been some of the best of my life. And you all made that possible! Through are ups and downs, I’ve never felt more welcome by any community. Remember that you guys are the best ever and you’re all my favorite. Yes, even you!
Don’t be a stranger now!

P.P.S. – I still know of a few things that will be coming down the pipeline this year and you are in for a treat! No spoilers or hints though, sorry. 
So some people are having trouble figuring out how to play Fruit Frenzy, but it’s really pretty simple. It’s essentially picture sudoku with a time limit and some different scoring. There are a few who are missing the tutorial (or skipping it entirely) and while I applaud your bravery, I thought it might be wise to post up the tutorial here in picture form.
Gamesville is proud to announce our brand new game, Fruit Frenzy! What is it? Fruit Frenzy is our take on picture sudoku with high amounts of GV rewards and a daily cash prize. While the name may be familiar, the game is brand new with stunning new art, animation, and sound!

Hi Everyone!
We have unfortunately been experiencing Network troubles since yesterday afternoon that have caused some connection issues for all of you. Our engineers have been hard at work amid a lovely blizzard (and throughout the night) to get the matter corrected. They indicate that the worst is over but that we could continue to see fluctuations with the site over the next 24hrs.
It’s frustrating not being able to get into your favorite game or talk to your friends in chat so I would like to thank everyone for their patience and understanding during this time. Hopefully the rest of the weekend will prove fruitful for you all and I wish everyone good luck while playing! Take care, stay warm and drink some hot cocoa!
