A forklift accident brings down this entire warehouse

A small mistake at work can really grind productivity to a halt. A big mistake at the workplace can compound issue to make it even worse. In this brief security camera clip a forklift operator who is careless with his equipment in a warehouse full of cases of glass bottles manages to bring the whole stack crashing to the ground. Luckily the driver escaped with only a small leg injury, but caused thousands of dollars in damage.
