Sadly, we run into instances where we send out prize checks and those prize checks get returned to us because the winner registered with a bad address, or has moved and not updated their Gamesville account information, or has moved and the post office is no longer forwarding mail to their new address. Sometimes we can catch these users via email if they provided us with an accurate email address that they actively monitor; sometimes we cannot.
