Distinguishing Personality Traits
Ditzybrunette says, "This is our 8-year-old Calico, Marzipan J. Kat. Marzipan is not very vocal when she wants attention, but by sitting in the water bowl she certainly expresses her opinion about it being empty. She will watch you walk around the room, never leaving the bowl and giving you dirty looks until you refill it for her. We have two rescue dogs that she does not tolerate any nonsense from. Marzipan will sit on the dining room chairs under the table and whack the dogs on the tail as they go by. These are not small dogs–one is a Golden Lab and the other is a Shepherd/Beagle mix. Seeing as how the chairs are pushed in they cannot get to her to retaliate! Marzipan loves to simply eat, sleep and train her owners."
