Dear terrib325, bratface23, and anyone else who's having trouble getting into Quick-Draw Poker –
To help us figure out why you can't play, please let me know the following:
Also, any details you can provide will help. For example, does the game window pop up but never advance beyond the ad? Or does the game window not pop up at all?
Please send this information to customer service as soon as possible, so we can help resolve this and get you into the game with everyone else!
Sincerely,

I cannot access this game on either Firefox or IE.
1. I use Firefox as my primary/default browser.
2. I have the latest versions of both Adobe Flash and Java.
3. My OS is Windows Vista.
4. My ISP is Time Warner (Roadrunner).
5. As for security software, I use McAfee.
I have no problems playing any other game on gamesville, but I cannot play Quick-draw poker. The game window pops up, and the "loading" bar is animated, but the game never loads. I would appreciate any help/advice.

Update: I finally got it working on IE, but wow… is that game buggy! I played several games, all at max bet, and it ignored wins on many of the rounds. Wager 35 GV, have 1, 2 or 3 winning hands… and it just ignores them. It says "two pair", but my "win" is zero.
I tried clicking MAX before every round, but that didn't change anything. Sometimes my wins counted, sometimes they didn't. It seemed to happen more frequently in the first couple of rounds than in the rest of the session.
I'm wondering if anyone else is having this problem, or just me?
Also… if anyone has found a way to get the game to load in Firefox (if previously unable)?

I found my problem with Firefox. I have an add-on in Firefox (Flashblock) and I had to disable that. Usually, I can manually override that… this is the first time I've had to disable it to allow flash to work/play. Everything is working fine now. Hopefully this will help someone having the same problem.

Also, about the game being "buggy"… that was me. I was reading the scores & payouts incorrectly. Thanks to the players in the Quick Draw room for explaining how the payouts work.
