Over the last week, we've been testing different styles for emoticons and badge, in an effort to improve the chat experience at Gamesville.
Well, the tests are over and you pretty much universally told us that these styles were not going to work for you. As a result, we've decided to stick with the old style and not move ahead with any of the new styles we were testing. Effective about two hours ago, we reset all emoticons and badges back to the old style.
If your emoticons or badge still looks different now compared to a week ago, please exit your browser, start it up, and reload your game. If that doesn't work, please let us know which game and room in particular are causing a problem.

My emoticons and badge do not look like it did a week ago. The only game I've played where it 's accurate is pit stop slots. I've been playing Magic 21, Bubble Popper 2, 3-eyed bingo and spider solitaire which still has the new badge, smiley faces, etc. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. Bonnie

I am have lots of difficulty in loading the game "Bottle Rocket" it freezes, This started 2 days ago and I cannot get into the game at all.
i am also having issues with the 3 Eyed Bingo. All other games do load
I do not have a Firewall

what happened to kansa and other rooms in magic 21 there were only a couple rooms opened,hope you bring them back

I understand your reasons for this but we need 2 rooms for some tourneys like for big giveaways!!! This will be impossible for us to do this now and we all have friends who we ask outside here to join gamesville so maybe we have to stop doing this . I really don't know what to do ?? please help me

I've been trying to get into Magic 21 for around 2 hours. There are only 2 rooms available and three tournament rooms – absolutely no luck at all. I have no problems getting into other games. Please, please fix this asap – along with many other Gamesville players, Magic 21 is my favourite!

when are we going to get more gv badges to uncover i like them thats basically the only reason i play here i have never won at bingo or nothing so the badges make me happy……….

While some of the changes you are making are pleasant to look at, and fun to see, some of them are frustrating:
There are four rooms open in Pit Stops – my buddy list says my buddies are in Dover, but there is no Dover in the list.. they were actually in Bloomington… According to my buddy list another friend was in 21, but the room my buddy list said she was in wasn't on the room list either.
The money is up in 3-eyed bingo, and you have four rooms open, 3 of them full, which means I 'm FORCED to play in a room I'm not familiar with.. and that doesn't sit well.
For most of the day you had only four rooms open for Spite, and all day every single table in every single room has been busy, so the only way we could play was to sit and click on the 'create a table' button until a table opened up.
We're not kids. We're adults. Please stop playing games with us and let us get back to playing the games ourselves.
Give us back ALL our rooms please.

Thank you for putting back the emoticons and badges. The new ones were not as good. We all are still anxious for you to add new ones after the bunny while still keeping the old ones the same. Thanks for providing us with such an enjoyable site to play in.

I do have 1 issue & that is why are there only an average of 2 "normal" rooms per game? It is great that you opened up special rooms for the tournament players but only 2 rooms for us normal players. There are so many side conversations going on and it has been real hard to get into one of the 2 rooms. Please open up the same amount of rooms as before ya'll tried the smiley change disaster that didn't work out.

Guess being gone on travel for work was a good thing since I didn't play in the last week and from what I hear I missed the whole smilie/badges disaster but we do need more badges to earn and leave the old ones alone. I know some people who have maxed out to the bunny badge only to make a new name so they could start over.

Well if I'm pleased to see that Pit Stop Slots has got its nice old emoticons back, on the other hand I'm sorry some icons (with the players' names) have come back to this so dull White/Black.
Is it not possible to keep our old emoticons but have all icons coloured??

I'm not sure who to write to about the problem I'm experiencing, I figured this is the only place I see on the site that I can possibly write to get my problem resolved. First off I would like to say I love the earning of GV pts. for badges!! I seem to be having a problem under my game profile. I recently earned 52,000 GV point and just got the 3rd badge the bear…but my profile keeps showing my next badge is still a heart!! it's been that way even when I had the heart!! I'm not sure what to do about it?? I've tried rebooting the computer several times. I tried logging out of my name several times but it still is showing a heart!! I think people are getting bothered by my same question, "what's the next badge?" I hate having to explain to them that I have a glitch in my profile. Please help me with this problem I'm having!! Thanks!!

i have been trying to contact gamesville but no one is listening.in quick draw if you win a hand and try to double up by choosing a higher card than is shown and you lose,the points come off your points. this is not right.when u choose to double up you are wagering he points won in the hand not your total points.

I would like to protest the change in Spite & Malice. Why can we no longer play a rated game with the ROBOT????? Even if a player leaves in the middle of a rated game & you want to finish with the BOT, it turns into an unrated game. Iam a night owl and often cannot find a player for more than a couple of games. I used to be able to ask person if they left to start a game for me so I could play the bot (rated game). I can no longer do that and the challenge is just not the same in an unrated game. Please, please go back to old format. Thank you for your time.
