   i've searched every where and can't find tech help. the jackpot is NOT going up at all. i've been playing for hours,and it's still at 50. you really need to put a good link for tech problems that we can actually get through on.

   Thank you for bringing back on of my favourite games.  This is the one that got me hooked on Gamesville all those years ago.

   My BF is not impressed.  He remembers having to drag me from the game to use his computer.  LOL.  I promised I would take regular breaks this time around.

   A question on the Lucky Ball bonus.  It says in the rules that up to four people will win if they have the same Lucky Ball number as the JP winner.  What if there are more than four? Who decides who the four will be???

   Chris I am glad to see Catchup Coverall back. However there are two things I would like to bring to your attention:
   1)often when I have the Flip/Flop and type this in the chat box and hit Enter, I am told I am not one of the first two to claim it. If I repeatedly type it in chat it gives it to me but not on the first try and I am typing it exactly as told to.

   2) In your official rules you have:

   • The game ends after 60 bingo balls have been dropped, whether or not there is a winner.

   When in fact, it is 62 balls that are called.

   I like the new game for a change–but i will probably stick with bingo zone. 

    The one thing that i was curious about is what happened to the 'catch-up' part of the game?

   Years ago, the game would start with 15 or 20 numbers already on the board–then the calling would start.  Then you would have to try and 'catch up'–hence the name.  lol  It made it exciting to try and get your cards marked.   I'm sure I'll play it once in a while though.  Thanks for listening and trying to keep up with all wonderful suggestions you read in the blog.  lol

   Hi Chris;

   I have some questions about games but, I am having so much trouble signing into the Ask a Question.  Keeps telling me I have a wrong username/password.  How do I retrieve these?  What do I use.  Have tried gamesville username and password, nothing.  Have entered my email addy and nothing. I can't seem to retrieve either.  I think when I signed up in Lycos I was using a different email but that company sold out and don't know if I changed to my new one…HELP……!  By the way love the new catch-up coverall.. I can see now, I will be addicted and to heck with housework, cooking, etc…..Poor, poor, hubby …Thanks..lol

    Well, took awhile to figure it out, but I went and re-registered and it accepted it.  So all is well.  I have a few comments about the new Catch Up Coverall.  Today it is not accepting my flip/flop as it did last nite. Altho, there are some getting them after I try and try..in the same game.. Has a few hitches but all in all  great new game to play.  Thank..  Jan

    Thanks, ffriend3 – Good catch on the typo; that's been fixed. We're working now on the Flip/Flop issue. Soon, that bonus game will adhere more closely to the posted rules.

    Please allow customer service 24 hours to respond to questions. (And be sure to check your bulk mail, in case their response was marked as spam.)

    When someone wins the jackpot, the game server reviews the pool of players who have the same lucky ball as the jackpot winner and picks at random from that pool which four players will receive the bonus $25.

    this games rewards stink…I thought members recieved double gv's not true and being the first to type flip/flop stinks also

    I don't usually enjoy playing Bingo (too boring), but I tried this Bingo version and loved it!  I especially loved the fact that you could win 2,442 GV's with the Flip/Flop game.  Unfortunately, today I noticed that it got changed to 242 GV's instead.  The 2,442 was the big drawing feature for me – could you please change it back?  I'm not sure I'll ever get that watermelon badge otherwise!

    The more I play the coverall game, the more I like it.  It's fast and not exasperating like 3 eyed is.  Most people have positive comments about it.

    Are there any statistics re gamesville being listed as grounds for divorce?  lol

    have not got to play this new game as it freezes me up half way through it. same way with spite and malice, frantic fish i sure hope this is fix soon. i pay for membership here and would love just to get through a game without freezing. when this happens i have to shut  pc all the way down. please help me with this problem  thank you kc45826

    LOL the orginal catch up got me hooked on Gamesville 10 years ago.  This new version is even better.

    I have tried several times to fill in one of those tickets for the help desk but i don't get what in the he#$% i'm supposed to fill in when they want the site url?  I've tried 3 times and whatever I type in, it doesn't like it. . . . SO here i am.

    My question is about bingo zone.  Did you change the pay scale when you did the maintenance this week?  If the prize for a game is $1 and there is no winner, the next game after it is ALSO only worth $1.  If nobody wins that second game, then it starts to go up $1/game like it used to.

    It never used to be this way until the maintenance, so I was wondering if the change was implemented on purpose or by accident?

    Yes I agree with centericelady. I loved the old version too where we start the game with numbers already called. Thats why it was called Catchup Coverall. I wonder why you called this game Catchup coverall when in fact its really not a catchup game at all but a coverall.

    ALSO PLS when are you going to post the other winners of the game? THe gold members who win when  someone bingos? Thanks. Happy holidays to all at GV!

    Chris I thought paid members were supposed to get double gvs when playing Catchup Coverall? I'm a gold member and I don't get double. What's up with this?

    Hi ffriend3 -

    Everyone gets the same GV Rewards in CatchUp CoverAll for winning a bonus game or daubing Gold balls. However, GV Gold members automatically get double the posted cash jackpot when they win.  Sorry for any confusion!
