   You may have done maintenance last night,but the site is still not working properly.  time clock in Miami Dice jumps and doesnt give you time to claim,  Bottle rocket is  not working right either.  bingo zone doesnt show screen to choose dbb's.  Help!  I finally got my daughter to join last night and she is not happy the way things have been going. I  am definitely not happy today with whatever you did last night.  I know my friends will not be happy either…there are 5 of us from different parts of the country that go on every night.   What's going on???    Well, had some time to play this morning.  I joined this past June and have yet to win a dime, not happy about that and no where is there anyplace you can speak to a human being and get any answers.  This morning it has me as no longer a Gold member and asking me to pay and join again, what is going on, once a year membershp paying is not enough?   I wrote and got an auto response that they might respond to me in up to 72 hours.  I have no access to play as a Gold member but you can bet they won't refund a dime or give me any credit.  This is not the first time I have had problems.  Maintenance?  I think they need to get a customer service department and some people that know what they are doing.   It seems it's okay for them to get all they can for payment but not keep up the site, and then try and charge you double, come on, fix this thing and give us what we pay for.

   Mybill (and everyone!) —

   The site is in the process of stabilizing, and once it does, everything should be back to normal.

   There was an issue this morning, as Mybill points out, with several GV Gold members momentarily losing their Gold status. Gold status is being restored; there is no need to purchase an "extra" Gold membership for an account that has already gone Gold.

   I am still getting an error when i try to load gamesville , I managaed to get in but now I can't , how much longer is this going to take ?

   Gang, relax…As a VBulletin database admin, I know how when something goes awry, it also causes problems downstream. I just checked and my Gold membership is back and the member rooms have been restored too. Just like there's no such thing as a 5-minute plumbing job, databases are equally touchy and nothing goes as planned. We'll live!

   (mybill) I once knew a guy, a WWII Vet, that never won a dime in the 5 years I knew him at a brick and mortar Bingo joint. That's life Win big today -Rod-

   You know, we do appreciate the fact that gamesville wants to add some new patterns to the bingo zone game but geez–you need to have some bingo players as consultants!

   Some of these games where you only need to cover two rows–90% of the numbers called are totally useless to us.  We all just sit there and stare at the screen.  If you're going to have new patterns, you could at least have all the rows of numbers included in it.  If you had the players vote on which games to keep, i think most of these new ones would be OUT.

   Plus it seems like the new games all need 10 numbers to bingo.  Ha!  We can barely get one with 8 numbers.

   Just wanted to say dont think people should be complaining about the mainteance being done if they would have took the time to read it was announced ahead of time ,mainteance is a common thing on most sites so next time read and shouldn't be a problem.Hope the coverall is here soon still waiting keep up the good work gamesville.

    Hi Ice – Thanks for your feedback on the new Bingo Zone patterns. We've been listening to comments from you and other folks about the new patterns and reaction seems mixed: Some people like them, some people don't, some people are indifferent.

    HALF OF THE TIME YOU CAN'T GET YOUR FLIP/FLOP NUMBERS, THE OTHER HALF YOU HAVE TO TYPE IT IN ABOUT FOUR OR FIVE TIMES TO GET IT.  I KNOW IT IS A NEW GAME BUT FRUSTRATING THE PLAYERS IS NOT A GOOD IDEA.
