At Gamesville.com, we really do read through every comment you post here or send to customer service. Three questions keep coming up in the feedback on the redesign…
- How do I sign in?
- Where is my friend's list?
- Where did the sweepstakes go?
In response to these questions, we're soon going to change the "My Gamesville" module on the homepage and other pages to make it easier to find all these things.
Soon, when you come to Gamesville.com and you are not signed in, the My Gamesville module will look like this:
After you sign in (or sign up), the "My Gamesville" module will reload and look like this:
The yellow box will link you directly to your friend's list; the links for the GV Rewards sweepstakes will take you directly to the monthly and weekly sweepstakes pages; and the other functionality (favorite games, current badge) will remain the same.
A few people have written in, noting that the current badge displayed in the "My Gamesville" module is different from their actual badge; this problem will be fixed when this revised "My Gamesville" module goes live.

Nicely done, I like the changes that were made.
I do have one question:
When I am getting ready to enter a sweepstakes, I have a problem with having to enter the amount I want and clicking on enter and repeating those steps again a second time.
When I enter an amount of GV's the first time and then hit enter, it still shows I have the same GV amount from before placing how many even after the page reloads.. but it shows, however, that the GV points were entered into the sweepstakes, just not deducted from my "Available" amount of GV points I can use. It corrects that on the second try.
Is there a reason why it does this?
It used to do this before, then that problem was gone, but once the updates were in place, I am having that issue again of having to enter it twice to get the correct amt. available.

Love the look and user friendly features of the new Gamesville design. I have only one question that I can't find an answer for anywhere…why are some of the rooms designated "tournament rooms" when playing some of the games?

When I got to the site this afternoon you had taken all my gv's away and my icon. I had dice as a icon an close to 300,000 life time gv's. I would to know what had happen to them.

My son has signed in to a few of my games using his user name. Now I want to sign him out so I can enter and play my own games. I cannot sign him out,,,WHY>>???????? and HOW???????

i think the new look is pretty cool but i am wondering if you are ever going to get a bingo game about like bingo blitz they use to pay like $3.00 $4.00 a game that would be really cool.

Dear Chris, In Magic 21 my badge (The Flame) corresponds to my lifetime Gamesville rewards of 763892. In Bubble Popper only Available rewards and the corresponding badge of ( the pizza ) are shown. My question is When the home page and player info section is updated will the become consistant or will certain games always show one or another? Thank You Barb Aldrich thunderbolt1

I was wondering about my badge……….I just finished the heart when I completed 25,000…………I started with the star, then the heart and now the teddy bear…..my next badge says it will be the heart again…….is this an error and will it be fixed?……Thanks Ann

Please bring back the block feature. The bad language is upsetting the Christian people in the rooms. We should not let these foul-mouthed people appear in the chat box.
They should not be allowed to type these kinds of nasty words at all.
