The site looks great, however, where do you log in to enter your GV's for the monthly and weekly drawings. I also use to like seeing how many GV's I scored in a day…Am I missing it somewhere on the page or is it not there anymore?

Hi,

Id like to say that site is being better. I would like to see help pages with more information about games in less complicated pages. And it would be great if we can choose own cards on some games like bingo or frantic fish. I want to know how players won prizes in games like how many ticket they had when they won. And i want to see players profile on chat. Also magic21's chat doesnt show the last written line properly. There can be high score for sudoku by timing and its better if numbers are on both side of the board or it can come on the block when we click. Thats all for now :)

I don't really care for the new look…but i can't get any of the rooms to open for Spite & Malice…..don't know what to do with myself without my spite & malice!! Is it my computer or is the site down?

I agree with you Robbie. Almost all my favs. are gone too. I play collapes, galaxy quest, and bookworm every day to relax and unwind. This is so unfair, don't you think? I hope they are back soon! I don't have another site that has them.

in quick draw poker in the bonus round when you get all ten card so supose to get 1600 gvs but instead you get no gvs points at all when you get the ten cards. When are you going to fix this game?

I really like the new format, I would love to see Scrabble added to the games as a multi-player game. Gamesville is the best game site (for me) and it just got better. Any chance of Scrabble being added?

I don't like the new page. But most of all I can't get into any of the Spite & Malice rooms. I know it is not my computer as I can open other things. I do not want other things I want Spite & Malice. I am 70yrs. old and cannot do anything but watch t.v. and play Spite & Malice. When is this going to be fixed???

I don't know if it is the ads or not but when i am playing a game it freezes. It makes me have to restart my computer because it freezes my mouse too. Frantic Fish and Bottle Rocket so far has the problem.

i was just wondering IF and WHEN the icons are gonna recieve their additions. the page says that more will come as they are reached but i know of several bunnies that play and there's nothing else to earn. If no more icons to earn then maybe do as pogo and other sites and have prizes that gv's can be cashed in for, not raffles. People paly their tails off and i think it'd be cool AND nice for their time to be rewarded in some way that makes everyone happy. even if the prizes require high amounts of gv's atleast its a goal to play for, but that's just my opinion. Please if possible let me know if there will ever be anything like this, thank you!

The new layout looks great! Of course, it will require some 'getting used to' by some players.

I first played Bingo Zone in 1996 and this layout makes 1996 look like the Gamesville Stone Age.

I think the friends list should tell if there on and what room there in or just to message them no matter what room there in.Just a nice thought.

Like the new look but would love to really win at the games. Sure would like to see a slot machine game where you line up three $5.00 and you win that amount. It could be $3.00 , $10.00, $20.00 etc. I played a game along time ago on another websight where you line up cash amounts and win that amount. It was really fun to play. Also it was free to play. Sure wish Gamesville could get that kind of game.

It nice but Chris sorry to say it freezing my computer,taking longer to load your games here now. The old way was doing great for me. Hope you can see what we still having this trouble. Also like to play other games on here like we do now. Not the download. Hope it get better for me to come in now. If not then I have to start going somewhere else. Chris, Just wrote and didn't see mine on your page here. What I said was it ok but like the older one better cause I don't have trouble at all. But this new one freeze now, and loading take more then 3 min's. Sometime never load at all. Like to see more game's to play here without download. I called this my home but hope I don't have to leave with all this trouble here with the new site you have. I keep trying alittle longer.

Gamesville,

To be quite honest I think the new look of the site is very refreshing, however I have run into a few problems. My grandmother and mother frequent this site often. So often as to say that this site in running on a computer at our house almost all day. The problem that we have run into is the difficulty to locate games that were once in plain site. In particular an example would be Mah Jong Quest. I searched the games by using the search bar at the top of the screen only to find that the game seems to have disappeared. Also I notcied it is not easy to locate some other games and sections. I think the new look is very nice, but their are problems with the layout of the site now.

Thanks a lot Georgette! I was 83 years old on 1st April and enjoy playing (and possibly winning) for prizes. I think the previous page was much better than this new one. Anyway as long as one knows how to and whereto look for what one wants it is ok. Thans again.

quick draw poker you still do not get the 1600 gvs rewards when you get all ten cards. This has beening going on for quit some time. Well, where do I start? First of all you are doing a great job with this site. It IS time for a facelift! It was nice to see the changes in gamesville as you have shown them in its progression through the years, as i missed a couple.

I have been playing gamesville since 2000, i can't get enough of Poker Inferno. Yes, i have tried them all including the new one "Magic 21". I do like the name "flashing" games.

OOps, i have noticed that Canadian players from bingo don't win the jackpot but i assure you there has been at least one Canadian winner from the monthly sweepstakes. I'd like to thank you again GV for the monthly sweepstakes ($1000) I won in 1994. Yes, it is all legit guys.

Let's get down to business, when you introduced the GV rewards, you had different badges that were offered when you reached a certain amount in your rewards, however, they have stopped at just over 8 million and its a rabbit. I would like to see more badges offered as the players reach there goal on each badge. To be rewarded with an icon or something would be nice as we put our time and effort into the games.

Also are you not offereing the monthly and weekly sweepstakes anymore? I cannot find the page. Ah yes there it is, It's under the "edit" tab beside the "sign in" press on it and you are good to go. I just dumped all mine for the $200 weekly and it's quite a big amount. HEHE

You have announced that new avatars are coming, what would be nice to see is, if you can show them in all game rooms not just the few that are available, or have a choice of showing your avatar or gv symbol.

Profiles would be a nice add to the site, since alot of people ask where each other are from, what they do, married, etc, this way you read the profiles that have been filled outand the players won't have to fill up the chat screen.

My Gv page is missing or it's hiding, I am not sure which one it is. I will find out though. Ok, found it, again it's under the "edit" tab beside the "sign in" press on it and you are good to go.

Hmmm, what else can i say? You did ask for feedback and well I have read about 8 pages of comments, some good, some bad so far and it has just started.

Someone had a question on where the profiles, sweepstakes and friends list information is, again its on the "edit" tab. Here's what i am thinking gamesville. If you change the "edit" to "my gamesville" again, players won't be confused on where to find everything they are looking for.

Well, i have answered two of my questions. Hopefully you will answer the rest.

The new page is ok, but as the saying goes if it works why fix it. Now the site locks up on me alot, Not responding. Cant even play a game tonight nothing will open, and the rooms are gone. Seems like alot of bugs need to be worked out.

I like the new page however, I could not get the trivia game to work and also not to be redundant but where do you enter the weekly/monthly cash drawings. I hope you didn't stop this as other than earning icons that is supposed to be the main reason behind earning GV rewards. Good luck with the changes and I'm sure even people who aren't please will get used to it and come to like it.

To play Dynomite for free it is necessary to go to cash competitions ,then choose play game ,then only one 2 player Dynomite game is available for free. Gamesville did emotional harm and exterme disappointment.

The changes to the colors in Three eyed bingo are awful. They hurt the eyes of us older players. It is very difficult to see gold balls especially.

I know change is important but somebody really dropped the ball, in my opinion, on the color choice.

I like the overall site design but believe that navigation would be much easier if you provided a My Gamesville tab rather than the text links presently available. Either that or turn the My Gamesville text link into something that's more identifiable as a link, such as a button.

At present My Gamesville looks like nothing more than a text heading when viewed with Firefox … white text with no underline, just like the rest of the headings.
In Internet Explorer and CrazyBrowser I can't see the My Gamesville text at all. It's apparently displaying the link in the same color as the bg-retro.png file.

On a different note, I'm very frustrated by the fact that you have, yet again, blown away all Friends List data. :-[

I think it would be really great if we could:

Be able to message our friends from the friends list.
Have Scrabble as a free game besides Scrabble Cube.
More player on player games
Chinese Checkers
Someone mentioned Profiles, If they want their profile public then give them the option of having it public or not.
Tabs would be nice for the friends lists, etc, to make it easier for ppl to find.

Overall I think the new layout looks nice and clean.

I found the the friends list by clicking "My Gamesville" it only seems to work if you are signed in. There is a "sign in link just to the right of "My Gamesville"

My first comments didn't get posted. I indicated that the new look is very refreshing. Suggested that rooms in my favorite game [spite & malice] be designated for tournaments only. That may well have been done already. A new game I would like to see is Milles Borne. [a french card game]

Upon reading the comment page it would be most useful if one could get to a higher page without having to go through each one separately. [it takes several seconds each time you click for the next 10 entries] To get to the newest feedback quickly would be so nice.

Problem today [april 6th] is that I cannot access any of the games. When I try, "explorer" closes. I am hoping this is just temporary.

on the bottle rocket description page, there is incorrect GV reward information. It says for every level you complete, you recieve 100 gvs. In fact the Gvs start at 20 for the 1st level and then go up from there.

The new colors for 3-Eyed Bingo are horrible. Having the gold daubs on yellow background is very hard to see.

Also turning the daub markings into squares also makes it hard to see. Please change the background colors.

I detest the new page. It is much more difficult to navigate. It seems as if some of the ads slow down game play.

I also noticed you discontinued the GVrewards redemption. That's the main reason I came to this site. Every other game site has essentially the same games.

I doubt I'll be using your site very often, as other sites are easier to use.

I paid for a years subscription back in December of 2006 & now that everything has changed with this site it seems I've lost all my tokens & the only tournament are for "cash" & thats NOT what I signed up for. I see 20-and-counting pages of subscribers' comments, several repeating problems, and so far no apparent solutions or even answers from Gamesville. Oh well, on the off chance that this will make a difference, here's my second entry.)

Three days since the "routine maintenance" and still not able to get into any games. I feel somewhat encouraged that others are having difficulty, as well, but why would some be able to connect and others cannot? And when will those of us that can't be able to once again?

While I'm at it, would it be possible to post the comments from newest to oldest, so those of us that are taking the time to write in don't have to scroll all the way through to the end of the ever-growing list of comments/complaints to see if anyone has responded in a way that might help us?

I was sorry to read that Gamesville was connected to WorldWinner's website. Yes,the games are free until you upgraded and then you advanced and played against higher level players and I didn't win very often,took my money very quickly! I closed my account within days.

I had withdrawn my cash that I had on Gamesville since I was leaving out of town for two weeks and didn't want inactive fees charged to my account again. Although, Gamesville did refunded the fees that my account was charged. I will miss the Gamesville website!

I think it stinks that there's no support for Gamesville anymore. The new look is no better or worse than the old stuff, but the new protocols, policies, etc., are awful. I'm also singularly unhappy about the fact that many games are no longer available, particularly Zuma. Every time you say things are 'new' and 'improved' it usually turns out that they are neither.

The biggest improvement you could make would be to bring back support for Gamesville. Then everything else would at least BEGIN to fall into place.

I'm not certain that posting a comment here will have any effect at all. I suspect that permitting people to post here is just a ploy to let them vent, giving them illusion that you'll take into consideration what they have to say, but that you really don't care, and will do as you please, in any event.

I hope you prove me wrong, and rectify some of the glaring omissions and horrible changes you've recently made.

Everything seems to be working well now–.

The only thing that is really annoying is the ad with the turkeys (shoot 10 to win a comp). When they come on, the game seems to freeze a bet–everything slows down.

CONGRATULATIONS !!!!!!! The new look is wonderful and refreshing. So far in the games I have played I am not fussy about the yellow balls and yellow squares in 3 eyed bingo. I would like to see red or maybe green, something a bit more distinguishable. Peggle is a great challenge, and I would like to see unlimited play time.

I have already left a comment, but would like to add that the intermission for three eyed bingo is too long now. Also can you please clarify something for everyone……it has been said by some players that if you leave the gold balls dabbed on the unpattern part of your caard and you win at three eyed bingo that you will not be paid. Please let us know if this is correct. I could see nothing in the rules to show it is only for extra gv points to mark all gold balls. Thanks

After reading a couple of the comments about people losing their money during the switch, I realized that I have lost money too. A lot of money! I too had just subscribed to become a VIP very recently and I also deposited a lot of money. But now all I have are GV Rewards and they want me to upgrade with another subscription? WRONG! I have had NO reponses from Lycos/WorldWinner/Skilljam after repeated emails to all of them. Another big company screwing people just because they can. I have a list of friends who have all been playing for several years. I have been contacted by many of these people and they have been discussing a class action lawsuit against Skilljam and Lycos and it looks like it's going to happen since Lycos isn't responding to anyone's concerns. I hope Lycos does the right thing and reimburses the money they have literally stolen before it reaches that point.

I have a comment about the GV Rewards. I've never had this happen to me before but, today, when I signed on, I found that my GV Rewards total was less than the last time I signed off of Gamesville. As of Tuesday, April 10th, I had 1,045,089 GV Rewards. When I signed on today, it was shown as 1,026,000+ GV Rewards. That's about 20,000 less than 2 days ago. Has anyone else had a problem like this? I don't know where else to go with this problem so maybe one of you can give me an answer.

I love the new site, and appreciate that you now have "tournament" rooms. Why then is rankmonster still using regular rooms to hold tournaments when there are tournament rooms available.

Its frustrating to have to see their garble daily, caps in chat, etc.

The new look is ok. but I wish they had games to earn more gv rewards. Also when I play games I don't get the total points that I have earn. This need to be worked on. One game said you win 100 points for each level completed. When I completed a level it only gave me 20 not 100. So I wish people would write the correct stuff. Also everytime I use the lycos yellow page to earn more gv rewards, but they are never added.

I like the new look. I play Word Whopper a lot. Why was the intermission changed to 1 minute from 30 seconds. You can fall asleep waiting for the next game to start. Since this change, I haven't been playing that often, due to the long intermission. Hope you change it back.

The new design for the 3 eyed bingo screen is fine, except that it's about 20% smaller than the old one. My tired old eyes have trouble seeing the numbers now. Can you restore it to its original size?

Also seems that the new design would have been the perfect time to retire "Dickie's" voice for a new bingo caller. Surely he's endured enough abuse over the years to deserve for his recording to have a decent burial and be replaced?

And while I have the floor… More games with jp's would be nice. It's not necessary to let 'em build to $4999…most people would be tickeled pink to win $500, or even $100 and more people would play if they had a better chance of winning something.

That's my $.02 worth.

I like the look of the new design, but the time between games is getting ridiculous. It used to be between 30 & 45 seconds, now it's over a minute. And in between are the sponsor windows which is sometimes entertaining, but if there's a sponsor you don't want to see for one reason or another, click on next sponsor but the same window keeps coming up!! I'm not interested in sponsors that, when you go to the trouble to follow the line because it's interestings, you find out that whatever it is isn't available in Canada or for Canadian residents.

Hi, Your web site is fine, but there are no real challenging games. I have played spite & malice but the problem there is no one will play with you. So I end up playing the computer and that is not fun. I am used the the game social solitaire that was on uproar but uproar is gone and I am having a problem finding a game even close to or as fun and challenging as that game was. How about checking into that game its no where to be found anywhere I have searched. Its by schimoo. I miss all my friends from uproar. So if my friends are on this site let me know I will play spite & malice with them.

I really didn't care for the retro look but I am getting use to it. The pages are easier to see too. But I don't care for the changes in three eyed bingo. It is too dark and can't see the gold balls very well. Also I miss the foot prints which I think made it easier to see too. So really I think you shouldn't have changed it at all. ok that's me.

It amazes me the amount of people on here who will complain about not being able to "find" their friends list or their favorite games they use to play. IF YOU WOULD TAKE THE TIME and look around and explore you would find them, it isnt that hard to find. Or even read thru the comments made, But instead you choose to whine and complain.

It took me about 30 seconds to find my friends list and another 20 to find my games, total time 50 seconds, wow 50 whole seconds out of my time…geesh quit crying, look thru the page and find everything it isnt that hard, I think its great, all the games are still there. sheesh…..

I like the new look and also like the new game Magic 21. There in only one thing I do not like and that is the AD's you run on the game site's like bottle rockets three eyed bingo franstic fish. They inertfer with the playing the game. I know this how you pay for the games but put them somewhere where they are going to inerfer with the game. I said before and bee ignored. Please can you correct the problem.

I have tried everything I can think of and have tried everything in your help contents and am still unable to play any games in gamesville. I am able to get to the main page but the games won't load. Any other suggestions. Java has been downloaded 4 times already, so I'm not sure what the problem is. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I really enjoy gamesville. There seems to be some problem with people saying they get a bonus of GV points for being in the top five scores on the Magic 21 game. They report they get 250 for being in the top five and 500 bonus GV for being the top winner. Is this true?? I have been in the top five and gotten no GV bonus and have been the top points winner and received no 500 bonus GV points. Was this in the plans at some point? please email me so I know for sure. I can't find a playing hints for Magic 21 anywhere. Maybe that would be a nice item.. how to win at Magic 21. Thanks for listening to my whine.. Daisy

I know that banners and ads are important, but does no one screen these ads? It's aggrivating to be playing a game that you enjoy, and all of a sudden a banner comes up with flashing lights in their ad. It definitely takes away from the game, not to mention aggrivates headaches. It doesn't make me want to try their products when these companies are that aggressive. I usually leave.

I have new problem last 2-3 days. I try to play Frantic Fish and it starts normally until the game break. When it is on break chat gets seperated from the main window. And game starts again chat window seperated. After second game ends, i cant see anything on window but game continues (because sound still beeps). I cant even close the game. I had to close from task manager to get rid of it. Another problem is, home page and its links are opens so slow and if i have other pages it even stops them. It sometimes take 1-2 minutes to open the gamesville.

And why breaks are sooo long. It was not long that much before. I agree with others about having small prizes for every game.

By the way, I wonder if someone (except players) reads these and thinks to do something about it. It looks like we are writing comments to have something good, but it becomes worst each day.

Great new page, it stands out better. Wow, the green background makes it pop. The site still can use more paying games, better chances of winning. Maybe you could have a lucky number on a newsletter you send out. Who ever has the lucky number wins that weeks prize. Sound like an idea? Would get more site visits and more members to join.

I enjoy the game Word Whopper, but always have trouble playing the game, when I type the word in it will not enter and feels this is a real disadvantage to this particular game. Know it is not my computer, as I have no problems typing elsewhere. Can you tell me why this happens?

I don't like the 'new look' at all. It's gaudy and tasteless.

However, although I could put up with that, I find that some of the ads are now making my screen freeze. The Sky TV ad seems to be the worst offender and it's particularly irritating when playing Spite and Malice, as cards can end up in places where I didn't intend them to be. Not good at all. Please do something to stop this freezing of screens, as it happens too frequently.

I love this site but i have a real problem playing here because the adds that run while playing frantic fish always freeze my game or leave me way behind where the game is at. It would be nice if you could do something about that because there are others that say it does that to them also. Little wonder i can't seem to win here.

All the new icons are very bad, the icons are harder to tell what they are. The emoticons have a poor design to them also. The good thing that came out of these changes is the chat has been fixed in Magic 21. Ya'll have really messed up these thing. I was looking forward to getting the alien until the icons were changed. Now, I really dont want to get any new icon because they all look so bad. Please, fix this mess.

I think the redesign of the icons nest to player names is pretty bad. They seem to make the game look cheap and th elittle smileys by chat are terrible. They look pretty cheezy. Do yourself a favor and bring the old ones back.

I would just like to say that I am very displeased with the new emoticons and the new badges. They are extremely ugly and I can't make out the emoticons let alone the badges. This is just awful. PLEASE change them back!

I am so disappointed in the new icons and smileys.The icons have lost their uniqueness and definition.Some of them look like blobs and it appears that there was a over supply of red ink.The smileys are even worse as you can't tell what they are and the check mark and X have to go.Please bring back the thumbs as the whole idea is to give someone thumbs up or down.!!!! All in all they are awful !!!

The change you've made to all the badges and icons is terrible!!! The badges all look like a kid drew them, then someone ran over them with a steam roller! Why fix what isn't broken? Please change it back to the way it was!!

You have got to be kidding me! These icons are a joke. I have no idea which smiley to use they all look duranged. No one ever posted a complaint about the icons or smileys so why fix something that aint broke?? My friends and I in euchre won't even use them due to we are not sure which one is for what such as, is it smilling? is it mad? is it drunk?? Please switch back to the old ones, oh…..and as far as the icons, i would rather have none then the one i have now. Is it a flame? Is it Chucky on a bad hair day?? I'm bummed here…

I really dislike the new smilies and I find the new icons unclear, the graphics were poor. Every room I went in people were complaining. Somethings should be put back to normal and this is one.
