   i'm not sure where to post this – i can't seem to find a way to contact Gamesville about game issues…but i am trying to play Magic 21 and every single link (including to open a game) just takes me straight to the Lycos site. My other games seem to be working fine…but i don't want to play my other games!

   While i have you here – there should be a way to open a ticket regarding Gamesville issues just as you can for every other Lycos project…just a thought – you guys make this difficult!

   Thanks so much – i do like the new game – i just wish i could play it!!

   This is happening to me too.  Using my firefox browser.  I can get in with Netscape but the game flickers too bad to play.  Explore takes so long to load the game is half over by the time I get in. 

    

   Please help

   I've been having the same problem too…..keeps taking me to a Lycos page.

   I have been trying to play several games on the gamesville sight for the last couple of days and when I hit "play free online", a screen comes up for http://www.lycos.com Microsoft Internet Explorer.  When that comes up, I can't get past it.  There is no way to scroll down on it – only to close it out.  Is there any way you can tell me how to solve this?  I tried the help screen but that didn't help at all.

    And for what it's worth, I do not have Outlook Express, only Internet Explorer.  I'll eagerly await your answer as I use Gamesville everyday and am getting very aggravated that I can't get in to any games there.

   Hello Donya! Thank you for writing to us. As you unfortunately found out first hand, there was a problem with certain users not being able to sign in because of an issue with how our registration system was recognizing them. This issue has been resolved. Please close your browser, go to gamesville.com, and try again.  You should be able to play, no problem. If there is a problem, please let me know.

   I like Magic 21   i do think it would be a great idea if the number of gv rewards was lowered,there might be more players in this game if you did

   I think this game rocks! Trying to figure out what makes the jackpot hit is very hard but fun.

    try you java download or pop-up turn it off

    I really enjoy Magic 21 …….. when I am able to play!!!  It's not unusual for the game to completely freeze 5 or 6 times in an hour.  This evening I tried to play and spent 30 frustrating minutes trying to get into a total of 4 of the rooms to no avail.  As I can play all the other games in Gamesville with no problems at all I can only assume that you have systems problems with this particular game.  I am not the only person who is getting frustrated.  A number of other players are experiencing the same problems I am.  I have now given up for the time being – a total of 30 minutes waiting for a game to load is completely ridiculous.
