This week is Gamesville Avatar Week in the Gamesville Blog–your guide to getting the most enjoyment out of your Gamesville Avatar. Yesterday, we demonstrated how to edit your Gamesville Avatar's body type. Today, we're going to explore "Masks" in their simplest and most complex forms, and it should be lots of fun.
What Is An Avatar Mask?
A Gamesville Avatar Mask is just like a real-life mask–that is, a covering which disguises or conceals your face. To access our selection of masks in the Gamesville Avatar creator, go to "Clothes" and click the "Mask" tab.
Try On A Mask
To try on a mask, click one of the mask icons. In the picture below, I clicked the kitten face, then clicked the green square to color it green, along with all the other mask options. There you go–you're wearing a mask!
Off With Your Head!
Suppose you don't just want to be a human wearing a kitten mask; instead, you want to actually be a cat-person. The Gamesville Avatar creator gives you that ability by allowing you to turn off your head and the parts connected to it. To transform your character into an actual cat-person, go to the "Body" tab and click "Head", then click the red circle with the diagonal line through it to make your head disappear.
Remove Those Ears
Next, on the "Body" tab, click "Ears", then click the head outline without any ears on it.
Advanced Masks: Remove Your Hair
On the "Hair" tab, click the "Hair" sub-tab, then click the bald head. Now you're looking pretty cat-like.
Finally, Change Body Color To Match Mask Color
To complete our transformation from person to cat-person, let's go to the Body tab and click "Type" then click the dark green square that matches the color of my kitten mask–now, I'm catty through and through!
Combine any of our masks with yesterday's tips on edit your body type and you can create some really interesting combinations, indeed.
Just a reminder: This Friday we're kicking off a brand new feature in the Gamesville Blog: "Best Gamesville Avatars". I have a mask on my avatar but would like to remove it (the sunglasses) but can't figure out how to do so. All it will let me do is put on a different mask. Is there a way to remove them.

If you go to the mask section and scroll to the far left of that, you will find a circle with a slash mark inside of it. Click on that and the mask will be removed
