This morning, we launched a few changes to the My Gamesville box on the homepage that we think will answer a lot of the questions coming into customer service; namely, "How do I edit my account information?" and "How do I switch users?"
Here is a screenshot of the revised My Gamesville box (using my new Gamesville member name, "Cinemachris") with callouts explaining the new features:
We hope this makes it that much easier to find and edit your account information. As always, we are listening to your feedback and are working as quickly as we can to address your concerns and bring you the best games site possible. Hey guys the new avatars are great….I didnt know where to go to add a couple suggestions. 1. when you go to add a friend or a friend wants to add you on thier list it should be a request type thing where you can accept or deny that person request to add you to thier list. 2 also to do with the friends list it would be nice where we can go to our list and click on that persons name and we can add our own info to it, like where they live etc… info that we get ourselves and would like to keep. Fairy ad seems to freeze a fair number of people in Pit Stop Slots. Is there anything we can do about it? Don't mind the ad itself, just the freeze-up.

What would really be nice would be if we could have the ability to change our nickname without losing our GV points – like some of us on my home ladder have changed our nicks for Halloween – we're able to on our ladder but with GV we had to open new accounts and lose our points… how about the ability of having multiple nicks under one account?

i don't like the fact that i have to sign in everytime i want to play!!!!!if i am playing on ladder such as spite and malice i have to sign in to gamesville everytime. this is a pain!!!! i liked it when i pull gamesville from fav and it was ready to go. is this gonna be like this from now on? hope not!!!!
